SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions govern text messaging communications from Three Bulls Property Management (“Three Bulls,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to receive SMS or MMS messages from us, you agree to these terms.

Program Description

The Three Bulls Property Management SMS program provides information related to rental housing inquiries and leasing services.

Messages may include:

• Rental property matches
• Property availability updates
• Rental pricing
• Links to property listings
• Tour scheduling and confirmations
• Responses to leasing questions
• Follow-up regarding your housing search
• Other rental-property information you requested or agreed to receive

Opt-In and Consent

You may opt in to receive text messages by voluntarily providing your mobile phone number through a Three Bulls Property Management web form and affirmatively agreeing to receive SMS or MMS communications.

By opting in, you authorize Three Bulls Property Management to send recurring automated or non-automated text messages to the mobile number you provided.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of renting, applying for a rental property, or purchasing any goods or services.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your rental inquiry, property availability, leasing activity, and your communications with our team.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from Three Bulls Property Management.

After you send STOP, you may receive a final confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, no additional SMS messages will be sent unless you later provide new consent to receive them.

Supported Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to the availability and operation of your mobile carrier's network.

Eligibility

You must be the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number provided and have authority to consent to receiving messages at that number.

Your privacy is important to us. Information collected through the SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
